We stand behind the quality of our car washing services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion. We will work with you to address any concerns and ensure your satisfaction.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, we will redo the specific area of concern at no additional charge. This must be requested within 48 hours of the original service date and is subject to scheduling availability.
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for services that do not meet our quality standards and cannot be resolved through re-service. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of service completion and will be processed within 5-7 business days.
If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with sufficient notice will receive a full refund of any prepayment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We are not responsible for addressing pre-existing damage, wear, or conditions that existed before our service. Our services are designed to clean and maintain your vehicle, not to repair existing damage.
